We wanted to make it clear that if you are going to take admission through All India Quota ,all major documents will be required at the time of reporting in the college but if you are going to participate in state counselling then documents verification will be done before counselling.

Below mentioned documents are required at time of admission through all India Quota. One more point we would to add that from year 2021 OBC and EWS category has been added so if you are having any such category then make sure that you are having valid documents of current session.
Documents Required for NEET Counselling 2023-24 MBBS Admission
Here is a list of documents that you must carry with you at the time of NEET counselling for MBBS admissions.
- MBBS admission application form in the prescribed format
- NEET Hall Ticket or Admit Card
- NEET Rank Card
- NEET Score Card
- Date of Birth (D.O.B.) Certificate
- Provisional Seat Allotment Letter/ Call Letter
- Cast Certificate
- Prepaid Fee Receipt
- Class 10 Marksheet
- Class X Passing Certificate
- Class 12 Marksheet
- Class XII Passing Certificate
- PUC Marks Card and Passing Certificate (if any)
- AADHAR Card as address proof
- Character Certificate issued by the recently attended school or college

Special Instructions for NEET 2023-24 MBBS Admission Documents
There are certain documents that not all candidates are required to submit. Find out which documents are required by you for NEET 2023-24 MBBS Admission:

Medical Fitness Certificate | Required by all. The certificate must be approved by a Medical Council of India (MCI) registered medical practitioner and must include blood group as well. |
Caste Certificate | Only the candidates who fall under reservation are required to carry their Caste Certificate. Candidates belonging to General category do not require to carry one. |
Kindly make sure that at the time of physical reporting you are having all above documents in original as well as at least 4-5 sets of xerox copy.

- What is the MBBS medical course?
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is an undergraduate degree in medical courses in the field of Medicine. - Is MBBS difficult?
Not really, however, the syllabus is vast. it requires a lot of hard work and consistency throughout the MBBS course.
- Can I get MBBS Admission?
Eligibility is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, minimum 50% marks (40% for reserved categories). MBBS admission 2023 process starts by appearing for a mandatory all India exam NEET (just like the BDS admission). NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency (NEET 2019 to be held on 5th May 2019).
- MBBS course duration?
The MBBS course 2023-24 duration is of 5 and 1⁄2 years, which includes 4 and 1⁄2 years of study (9 semesters) followed by 1 year of internship. In government medical colleges, there is a mandatory stipend given for 1-year internship. Since 2019, this stipend has been made mandatory in private medical colleges as well.
- Admission in MBBS without donation?
No, there is no provision of donation for MBBS in government medical college or private medical college. Before NEET 2016, there was donation under management quota in private medical colleges.
- Do you require Medical Fitness Certificate for NEET UG Counselling 2023-24?
NEET 2023-24 Medical Fitness Certificate is required by all for NEET 2023 counselling. The certificate must be approved by an MCI registered medical practitioner and must include a blood group as well.
- Can I take MBBS admission without attending the counseling?
No, you must attend the counseling procedures if you want to take admission to any medical college. Please don’t forget to register for the counseling procedure.
- Apart from tuition fees, what all extra charges will be there?
You will have to pay hostel, mess, material fees, uniform, books, and examination fees. But, in a few colleges, they will charge transportation and a few other fees too. It depends on the colleges too.
- Is there any extra service charge, I must pay?
In most cases, I will be telling you the fee details including my service charge. So, there won’t be anything extra in it.
- What is the average salary of an MBBS doctor in India, 2023-24?
Salary actually differs depending upon city and Hospital. On average, it will be starting from around twenty-five thousand to three lakhs per month. Which depends on the salary, the college you finished your course at, the city you are going to work, the number of patients in that hospital, and many more aspects.
The sector is also a very important aspect of whether you are working in a private hospital or Government hospital. If you are in govt sector starting salary will be around sixty-five thousand, that too depends on which state you are working with. States like Kerala are paying very high compared to some other states.
